Hypnosis and Handiwork for Healing Trauma

Wednesday 5/14, 7-8 pm $35

Did you know that productive hand making such as knitting, sewing, beading, scribbling, crocheting or simply playing with clay is a proven way to release trauma hidden deep inside the psyche? Participants will learn how gentle repetitive hand motions combined with hypnotic suggestions can ease and reduce feelings of trauma.  Clay provided and you can bring a very simple project, note/sketchbook.
